Supporting Vulnerable Communities

Since 2018 – Ongoing Engagement

PKF Ethiopia has been a permanent financial supporter of a local charitable association (Y/01/L/D/A) in Addis Ketema Sub-City, Woreda 04, Addis Ababa. This long-standing partnership enables us to make a consistent and meaningful contribution to families and children facing hardship.

Our ongoing support includes:

  • Monthly food assistance for vulnerable households, ensuring consistent access to essential nutrition.
  • Educational materials and clothing for orphaned children, helping them pursue education with dignity and confidence.
  • Holiday care packages — food and new clothing distributed during major Ethiopian holidays, bringing joy and belonging to families most in need.

This initiative reflects our belief that sustained support can transform lives, one family at a time.

 

Sharing Our Expertise with Nonprofits

Pro Bono Services – Ongoing Commitment

Our community engagement goes beyond financial support. At PKF Ethiopia, we believe in the power of sharing knowledge to empower others. As part of our CSR, we provide pro bono audit, accounting, and advisory services to local nonprofit organizations working to improve lives and strengthen communities.

These organizations are making a meaningful impact in areas such as child welfare, education, nutrition, and shelter. Contributing to Ethiopia’s Green Legacy Initiative

PKF Ethiopia is proud to take part in the Ethiopian Green Legacy Initiative, a national movement aimed at combating climate change, restoring degraded land, and building a greener, more sustainable future.

Our team members actively participated in tree-planting campaigns, joining hands with the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) and professional association and the wider community to plant trees in and around Addis Ababa. This initiative not only contributes to environmental sustainability but also reflects our values of responsibility, teamwork, and long-term impact.

Through this effort, PKF Ethiopia reaffirms its commitment to protecting the environment and supporting Ethiopia’s vision of a climate-resilient green economy.
